Biography
Benjamin Schikora is a corporate and M&A lawyer based in Munich.
He focuses on national and international clients on domestic as well as on cross-border M&A and private equity transactions (both on the buyer and seller side). He also advises on reorganizations as well as on general corporate matters. Further, he has extensive skills in drafting, revising and negotiating contracts. Benjamin is characterized by his ability to manage complex legal projects while always keeping the project goal in focus.
Ben draws on his experience as in-house counsel at a Nikkei-listed Japanese IT group to provide legal and commercial support to his national and international clients.
