Maximilian Findeisen

Maximilian Findeisen is a corporate and M&A lawyer and co-head of our Düsseldorf office.

He advises international and domestic clients on complex and innovative transactions and projects, mostly across borders and jurisdictions. His clients include industrial companies as well as private and institutional investors.

Maximilian's profound M&A expertise comprises share deals and asset deals, both on buy-side and sell-side, as well as joint ventures and club deals. In addition, he is highly skilled in corporate law and advises clients and their executive board and supervisory board members on questions of corporate governance and corporate compliance.
