Michael Böger is a real estate lawyer based in Munich. His practice focuses on commercial real estate law, in particular on advising on large-volume real estate transactions, as well as on commercial rental law.

Michael advises on all areas of real estate law. In particular, he provides comprehensive advice on real estate transactions (due diligence, drafting and negotiation of the required purchase or sale agreement documentation), both as individual and portfolio transactions. His advice covers asset and share as well as unit deal transactions. He also advises on project developments, partly by way of forward deals. Michael has experience across all major asset classes, with a focus on advising transactions of office properties and logistics. He also advises companies on drafting and negotiating contracts in the field of commercial rental law.

In addition, Michael has extensive experience in advising on real estate law issues in the field of renewable energies and advising in the field of private construction law.

During his studies and subsequent legal clerkship at the Higher Regional Court of Munich, he worked as an academic research assistant in the real estate department of a renowned German commercial law firm in Munich. Prior to joining us, Michael worked for several years in a leading international law firm.
