- SMBC Aviation Capital, CIT Aerospace, BBAM, Dubai Aerospace, GE Aviation Capital, Avolon Aerospace and AerCap - on a number of aircraft sale and novation transactions.
- Värde Partners (as outgoing senior lender and incoming equity holder) and Deutsche Bank AG (as incoming senior lender) - on financing aspects of the A$1.2bn restructure, recapitalization and refinancing of the Bis Industries group, an Australia-based materials handling and resource logistics provider.
