Matthias Kemnitzer is a real estate lawyer based in Munich.

He advises national and international clients on a broad range of real estate-related law with a focus on transactions and projects. Matthias also advises clients on the drafting, negotiation and execution of commercial lease agreements.

Matthias studied law at the University of Passau with internships in Auckland/New Zealand. He spent his legal traineeship in Munich and Bayreuth.
