Lena Haffner is an innovation manager based in Hamburg. She is responsible for the implementation of the firm's global innovation programme, NRF Transform, in Germany.

NRF Transform helps to deliver client services more efficiently and effectively. The team focuses on advising stakeholders and clients on the effective use of processes, people and technology to optimize legal services. This includes innovation, legal design and legal technology.

Prior to joining the Transform team, Lena was a lawyer in our litigation and disputes team. She previously worked in the litigation department of another international law firm.
