Alexander Mathes is a corporate/M&A lawyer based in Munich. He advises clients across a wide range of industries and in particular focuses on M&A and private equity transactions in the technology, financial institution as well as the automotive sectors. He advises on national and cross-border transactions as well as corporate reorganisations including post-transaction integration.

Alexander studied law at the University of Regensburg and spent his legal traineeship in Regensburg and Munich. During his traineeship he worked for the legal department of a leading global aero engine manufacturer and for national and international law firms.

Alexander is a member of the Munich Bar Association. He is a native German speaker and is also fluent in English.
