Oliver Polster is a corporate lawyer based in Hamburg and part of the Corporate/M&A and Securities team. 

OIiver is experienced in the advice of German small and medium sized companies in the automotive, real estate and logistics sector, with a specific focus on German stock corporations and European companies (Societas Europaea). He regularly advises listed and non-listed companies as well as international investors and financial institutions in the context of the issuance of shares, equity linked and debt instruments, capital market compliance, general meetings of shareholders, corporate governance issues and corporate transactions such as mergers, spin-offs and change of legal forms.
