Norton Rose Fulbright expands innovation and tech capabilities in Germany

Global law firm Norton Rose Fulbright is expanding its innovation capabilities with the appointment of Lena Haffner as innovation manager for Germany.  

Lena Haffner is a senior real estate disputes lawyer based in Hamburg and has worked on multiple innovation projects. She led the development of a solution to handle high-volume claims more efficiently and effectively. In her new role, Lena will lead efforts to enhance the client experience and champion the use of legal technology tools.   

Lena commented: “We want to provide our clients with a better legal experience. Whether delivering work more efficiently or in more cost-effective manner, the result we want is that, our clients thoroughly enjoy the end-to-end experience of working with Norton Rose Fulbright. I am delighted to be taking on this new role and to have the opportunity to work together with my colleagues in Germany and globally to help our clients navigate their most complex challenges.”
