German team advises Salesfive on acquisition of Integration Matters and reinvestment of Integration Matters shareholders

Global law firm Norton Rose Fulbright has advised Salesfive, one of the leading digital transformation and Salesforce consultancies in Germany, Austria and Switzerland, on the acquisition of Integration Matters GmbH and the reinvestment of Integration Matters' two shareholders in the Salesfive Group. 

Integration Matters, based in Hattingen, Germany, helps customers realise their digital vision through enterprise application integration and process monitoring. The acquisition marks a significant step to help Salesfive in becoming a leading Salesforce digital transformation partner in Europe. 

With the merger of two leading companies in the Salesforce and MuleSoft ecosystem, the added value for Salesforce and MuleSoft increases – due to growing synergistic effects and the possibility to serve large projects across current topics.
