She is also a developmental partner at the firm, providing associates with a dedicated source of support and guidance.

Mensah is an employment and labor lawyer with extensive experience in discrimination, retaliation and wage and hour issues. She represents clients in federal and state court and before administrative bodies, such as the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, the Department of Labor and the Occupational Health and Safety Administration.

The Women Worth Watching Award recipients will be profiled in the magazine's upcoming third quarter issue available in September.

Published since 1999, Profiles in Diversity Journal is a quarterly publication dedicated to "promoting and advancing diversity, inclusion, and equity in the corporate, government, nonprofit, STEM and higher education sectors."
