Frankfurt team advises d.i.i. Group on acquisition of residential complex in Munich

Global law firm Norton Rose Fulbright has advised the d.i.i. Group, an integrated residential property company and portfolio developer of residential properties based in Wiesbaden, on the acquisition of a residential property in Munich. The residential complex has 44 residential units and 10 outdoor parking spaces.

The Norton Rose Fulbright team, which specialises in real estate transactions, was led by Frankfurt Counsel Michael Mehler and also included Partner Dr. Hendrik Theismann and Associate Daniela Kowalsky. Partner Tino Duttiné and Associate Sarah Heufelder advised on tax law.
