Cross-border team advises DUBAG on Emitec acquisition

Global law firm Norton Rose Fulbright has advised DUBAG Group (DUBAG) on the acquisition of catalysts and filters business Emitec from Vitesco Technologies.
Lenbach Equity Opportunities II. GmbH & Co. KG (LEO II Fund), which is being advised exclusively by DUBAG, signed the contract to acquire Emitec on October 6 2022. The transaction is expected to close in the first half of 2023, subject to regulatory approvals.
DUBAG is a specialised Munich-based investment advisory team that manages private equity funds, which target the acquisition and active development of companies in special situations. Emitec focuses on the manufacturing of catalysts and filters for the automotive industry, which help to purify exhaust gases from internal combustion engines.
