Tina Peters is the Vancouver local chair of our real estate group.

She maintains a general commercial real estate practice focused on acquisitions and dispositions, real estate-based financing transactions, land development and  commercial leasing.  Tina represents a variety of prominent clients, including pension funds, private equity funds, private investors, financial institutions, developers, and REITs. She has experience on both sides of the negotiating table, having acted for purchasers and vendors, lenders and borrowers, tenants and landlords.

Tina regularly provides real estate advice relating to complex commercial transactions, including corporate acquisitions, reorganizations, equity offerings, asset purchases, share purchases, renewable energy project acquisitions, and financings.  Additionally, she has experience on the acquisition, disposition and financing of hotels, shopping centres, car dealerships and marine dealerships.
