Biography
Camille Côté practises in our business law group, with a focus on corporate law. She assists and advises private companies from a wide range of sectors, their officers, directors and shareholders, as well as institutional players.
Ms. Côté focuses on mergers and acquisitions, corporate reorganizations and other strategic business operations. She is also involved in drafting various contractual agreements and arranging financing.

- St-Méthode Bakery, in connection with the sale of a majority stake in St-Méthode Bakety to CDPQ; Roynat Equity Partners and an American private equity fund, Swander Pace Capital;
- Norda Stelo, in connection with the strategic acquisition of CWA Engineers Inc,. a Vancouver-based engineering firm specializing in the ports and terminals industries, which enabled Norda Stelo to strengthen its pan-Canadian presence.
