Biography
David J. Schrader is a restructuring and insolvency lawyer based in Frankfurt.
He advises national and international clients from different sectors broadly on questions of restructuring and insolvency law. He mainly advises various stakeholders of companies in distress in restructuring measures according to the rules of pre-insolvency proceedings (StaRUG) and German insolvency code (InsO), including protective-shield- and self-administration-proceedings.
David regularly represents clients at German courts in litigation on insolvency and officers' liability, and advises on.distressed M&A transactions.
David was admitted to practice in 2012. Prior to joining us, he worked in Frankfurt for a US law firm in the area of commercial litigation and in a large consulting firm where he focused on restructuring and insolvency law.
