Sydney Murphy practises corporate and commercial law with a focus on mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance and securities. She also assists clients with corporate governance, continuous disclosure, regulatory compliance and general corporate matters.

Prior to law school, Sydney worked in clinical research at the University of Calgary.
