Mark Laschuk
Biography
Mark Laschuk is a litigation and disputes associate working in our Toronto office. He is currently developing a broad practice in all areas of commercial and civil litigation. Mark joined the firm as a summer student in 2020, and returned to complete his articles in 2021. During his articling term, Mark completed a secondment at the Bank of Montreal.
As a law student, Mark participated in a number of moot competitions. At the national Laskin Moot, Mark had the opportunity to deliver his oral arguments as a finalist before a panel that included Supreme Court Justice Suzanne Côté.
