Tammy Chu is an associate in our business law group, with a practice focusing on corporate law and securities matters. She assists clients and senior counsel on a variety of business matters, including: mergers and acquisitions, the formation and structuring of businesses, public and private equity and debt financings, and drafting various other types of commercial contracts.

Tammy joined us as a summer student in 2020, returned to complete her articles in 2021, and became an associate on her call to the bar in 2022.
