Sol Kauffman is an associate in our business law group, with a practice focusing on general corporate and commercial matters, procurement, infrastructure and construction contracting, M&A transactions and securities.

His corporate and commercial practice involves assisting senior counsel in advising clients on corporate governance, mergers and acquisitions, and the formation and structuring of businesses. He also has experience drafting a variety of commercial contracts and professional communications and assisting with drafting prospectuses and other securities disclosure documentation.

Sol's infrastructure practice involves drafting a variety of infrastructure and construction project agreements as well as assisting senior counsel with advising clients and project management on public procurements and public-private partnerships.
