Biography
Charles Sans Cartier focuses his practice on civil and commercial litigation. He provides legal opinions, drafts proceedings and represents a variety of clients before the courts.
During the 2019-2020 judicial year, Mr. Sans Cartier clerked for Justice Claude Bouchard and Justice France Bergeron of the Superior Court of Québec.
While studying law, he won the prize for best litigator in the Pierre-Basile-Mignault Moot Court Competition, where he had the opportunity to plead before the Chief Justice of the Supreme Court of Canada, the Right Honourable Richard Wagner.
As part of his university studies, he also studied European Union law and international commercial law at Université catholique de Louvain, in Belgium.
