Biography
Mitchell Leibovitch is an intellectual property lawyer and patent agent based in Montreal. He focuses on all aspects of intellectual property law in several areas of mechanical engineering.
Mitchell drafts and prosecutes patent applications in Canada, the United States and in Europe. He also provides advice on issues regarding patentability, validity, counterfeiting and freedom to operate.
Before joining us, Mitchell worked in the intellectual property division of a large regional law firm.
