Inès Azouaou is a corporate lawyer based in Paris. She advises on domestic and cross-border corporate transactions and in particular M&A, reorganizations, joint ventures and partnerships.

Before joining the firm in 2019, Inès worked as a trainee in the corporate and M&A team of various law firms, including in Ireland, and in legal departments of various international listed companies.
