Biography
Carly Manning is an associate in our intellectual property group and capital markets team. In her intellectual property practice, Carly has experience in drafting and prosecuting trademark applications, executing due diligence searches and conducting research for a variety of matters.
Carly also maintains a practice in corporate and commercial law, with a focus on corporate finance, securities and mergers and acquisitions. She has assisted clients with continuous disclosure, due diligence, corporate governance, agreement drafting and other general corporate matters.
Carly joined us in 2019 as a summer student and completed her articles with us in 2021. While attending the College of Law at the University of Saskatchewan, Carly was engaged in mooting competitions and volunteered for Pro Bono Students Canada.
