Kyle Walton
Biography
Kyle Walton is a corporate and commercial lawyer based in Ottawa. He is developing a practice that focuses on corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions, and general corporate and commercial matters. Kyle has worked with domestic and international clients across a variety of industry sectors including, financial services, technology, mining, life sciences, and infrastructure.
While in law school, Kyle volunteered with Queen's Legal Aid and Pro Bono Students Canada. In 2019, Kyle also received the Queen's Law Prize in Corporate Finance.
Kyle joined our Ottawa office as a summer student in 2019 and as an articling student in 2020.
