Kerri Gevers is a technology and sourcing lawyer based in Dubai and London. She focuses on technology and business process outsourcing, systems development, procurement and implementation and emerging technologies.

Kerri acts for clients across all industry sectors in connection with procuring or providing technology, goods and services. She has advised on numerous high-value and complex outsourcing and transformational technology projects and has significant expertise on regulated outsourcings in the financial services sector. She also advises on technology collaborations, distribution arrangements and other commercial transactions, both standalone and in support of joint ventures, investments and corporate transactions.

Kerri previously worked in our technology practices in Johannesburg and Singapore and has spent time in our Brisbane and Hong Kong offices. She has completed secondments to two financial institutions where she led on various major outsourcing projects.
