Biography
Francis Champagne practises labour law. His specific areas of focus include issues related to hiring, termination of employment, labour standards, occupational health and safety, human rights and freedoms, and the interpretation and application of employment contracts and collective agreements.
Before joining the firm, Mr. Champagne practised litigation and dispute resolution with another international law firm. Also, during his studies in law and business administration, Mr. Champagne articled and completed internships with a large Canadian financial institution, a national law firm and a provincial organization whose primary mission was to ensure compliance with and promote labour laws and obligations.
