Biography
Samantha Black is currently developing her practice in all areas of employment and labour law, including employment standards, labour relations, labour arbitrations, wrongful dismissal, occupational health and safety, and human rights.
During law school, Samantha participated in the John H. Jackson Moot Court Competition, an international moot focussing on WTO law. Her team placed second in the North America Regional Round, and advanced to the Final Oral Round held at the WTO headquarters in Geneva.
Samantha joined our Toronto office as a summer student in 2018 and returned to complete her articles in 2019. During her articles, Samantha completed a secondment at Toronto Hydro.
