Richard Li
Biography
Richard practises in commercial real estate law and has experience in commercial acquisitions and dispositions, commercial lease drafting and review, and due diligence reviews in commercial real estate transactions, including renewable energy projects. He has also engaged with the litigation group on tenancy disputes and has assisted on general corporate matters tangential to his real estate work.
During law school, Richard was a member of the Environmental Law Society and the Solar Car Team. He summered with us in 2018 and completed his articles in 2021.
