Biography
Julie Lacourcière is a litigation lawyer based in Montreal. Her practice covers commercial litigation, with a particular focus on securities and corporate litigation. Julie acts for major corporations and financial institutions in complex litigation before the Quebec courts, including shareholder oppression remedies, dissenting shareholder litigation, plans of arrangement and securities class action litigation.
Before joining our Montréal office, Julie practised civil and commercial litigation at a leading national law firm.
