Rebecca Whittle is a litigation lawyer based in Sydney.

Rebecca has over 30 years' experience advising a wide range of clients including the government sector, both state and Federal, and the wealth and banking sector.

Rebecca's government sector clients include NSW Police, Communities and Justice, Transport for NSW, Department of Defence and major local councils.  Rebecca brings to her matters extensive litigation expertise, an understanding of government strategy and policy and experience in utilising different alternative dispute techniques to ensure efficient and timely resolution of disputes. 

Rebecca also acts for a number of the firm's significant corporate and banking clients on a wide range of commercial litigation, which has resulted in a depth of expertise in mining and construction litigation, defamation, negligence and breach of contract.
