Biography

 

 

Matt Mulligan is the Vancouver local chair of our business law group. Matt's practice is focused on infrastructure and construction projects.

Matt assists clients with procurement of engineering and construction contracts of all types across the full range of project delivery models including construction management, design-build, design-bid-build, and other contract models. His work includes drafting procurement and contract documents, advising on all aspects of procurement processes and negotiating commercial agreements.

Matt’s work spans many sectors including water and wastewater, transportation, marine, waste management, energy, healthcare, education and security. Please refer to the representative list of experience below.
