Shai James is an associate in our business law group, working with our corporate-commercial and banking and finance teams. On the corporate side, Shai has a particular focus on advising on private M&A transactions and general corporate advisory work. Shai's banking experience includes acting for both borrowers and lenders on debt financings.

Before joining the Vancouver office, Shai trained in our London office and is qualified as a solicitor in England and Wales. Shai has been seconded to two large financial institutions, both in London and Vancouver.
