Biography
Julia Godolphin's practice covers all aspects of corporate and commercial law, with a focus on mergers and acquisitions and securities matters.
During her law studies, Ms. Godolphin participated in our secondment program, which gave her the opportunity to intern in the legal department of Aimia Inc. Before joining our Montréal office, she practised in tax and transfer pricing at a large accounting firm.
