Michelle Fernando collaborates with both the Canadian and global knowledge and innovation teams to develop and implement a comprehensive strategy aimed at enhancing efficiency and smarter working practices. With nearly 15 years of expertise in this area, Michelle leads the firm's innovation team with a steadfast commitment to leveraging AI and legal technology to benefit the firm and its clients.
By fostering close collaboration with our practising lawyers, Michelle and her team meticulously identify, deploy, and integrate the most appropriate legal tech solutions tailored to each practice area. This approach not only boosts efficiency but also significantly enhances the quality of our work product. Furthermore, we excel in developing bespoke solutions that cater to the unique needs of our clients, thereby solidifying our position as a trusted partner.
Prior to joining Norton Rose Fulbright, Ms. Fernando played a key role in developing and implementing knowledge management, legal process improvement and legal project management initiatives at her former firm.
