Biography
Brittany Hinds assists both provincially and federally regulated employers in all areas of Canadian labour and employment law, including human rights law, employment standards legislation, accessibility and privacy law, and occupational health and safety requirements.
Brittany represents clients in disputes before various administrative adjudicators, including the Ontario Human Rights Tribunal, the Ontario Labour Relations Board, and the Canada Industrial Relations Board, and in civil litigation before the Superior Court of Justice and the Court of Appeal for Ontario.
In addition to managing a busy litigation practice, Brittany regularly provides advisory assistance to her clients to help them manage their workforces on an ongoing basis. This includes drafting, revising and assessing various agreements and workplace initiatives, including employment contracts, workplace policies, and termination packages.
Brittany takes great pride in providing her clients with helpful and practical legal advice so they can carry on managing their businesses.
