Christine Ingham provides assistance to counsel in patent, trade-mark and copyright litigation through all stages of the litigation process. Ms. Ingham has particular experience in proceedings under the Patented Medicines (Notice of Compliance) Regulations. She has extensive experience with the Federal Court of Canada and the Federal Court of Appeal and provides support to counsel with document preparation, file organization, court procedures, service of documents and court filings.

Ms. Ingham is also experienced in the utilization of databases to manage, organize and analyze document-intensive litigation matters.
