Dana St-Louis is a member of the business law group with over five years of experience, specializing in commercial real estate.

She has participated in major commercial real estate transactions involving the acquisition, sale and financing of significant real estate portfolios. She is responsible for conducting title and off-title searches, drafting title and diligence reports for clients, closing agendas, drafting documents and final reports as well as attending to and assisting with the closing of transactions.

Dana assists with registrations under the Personal Property Security Act of Ontario and the legalization of documents at various embassies in Ottawa.
