Fiorella Bellissimo is the business law services manager and a senior law clerk in our Toronto office. Fiorella is responsible for the overall management and day-to-day operations of business law services in our Toronto office, conducting educational seminars for students and lawyers, and developing and implementing policies and procedures for all business law clerks. 

With more than 32 years of experience as a law clerk, Fiorella has extensive public and private company experience assisting lawyers with transactions ranging from tax reorganizations to mergers and acquisitions, strategic alliances and securities offerings. She also has extensive experience with corporate due diligence, formation and maintenance of legal entities, and related corporate services offered by our business law clerks.
