Biography
Jacqueline El Haddad revises a wide range of business law documents translated from English to French and from French to English, including securities materials and financial disclosure documents that must be filed with the various Canadian securities commissions and other financial and legal documents, such as contracts, collective agreements and leases. She coordinates the work of the translators with the lawyer responsible for the file, lawyers at other firms, auditors, printers and clients to ensure smooth completion.
Prior to joining our Montréal office, Ms. El Haddad was legal counsel at the Supreme Court of Canada for nearly two years. Her practice touched on numerous areas of law.
