Recent transactions have included: acting for bp on its global offshore wind joint venture with JERA, the sale of its Swiss downstream operations and its acquisition of GETEC Energie in Germany; acting for Patina Rail (a consortium comprising CDPQ and funds managed by Federated Hermes) on the merger of the Eurostar and Thalys European high-speed rail networks; acting for Sandvik AB on its acquisition of the global DSI Underground business and subsequently the acquisition of the global mining business of the Schenck Process Group; and acting for Yara International on the sale of its Salitre phosphate mining project in Brazil.
