General banking:

• Advised a consortium of Polish banks comprising Credit Agricole Bank Polska S.A., BNP Paribas Bank Polska S.A., Bank Polska Kasa Opieki S.A. and Powszechna Kasa Oszczędności Bank Polski S.A. on a debt financing made available to Farm Frites Poland S.A. The total value of the financing was equal to PLN 98.6 million (EUR 18 million). The funds will be used for financing of Farm Frites Poland S.A.’s business activity and capital expenditure.
• Advised AMC V SCA SICAV RAIF, part of Accession Capital Partners (ACP), on significant mezzanine financing granted to eFaktor S.A., specialist providers of factoring services for SMEs. The investment included both equity and loan financing to support the continuing growth of eFaktor S.A. in the factoring sector.
• Advised a syndicate of banks including ING Bank NV (London Branch) as documentation agent, Caixabank S.A. Oddział w Polsce, Bank Polska Kasa Opieki S.A., European Bank for Reconstruction and Development, BNP Paribas Bank Polska S.A., ING Bank Śląski S.A., Powszechna Kasa Oszczędności Bank Polski S.A., mBank S.A., Bank Handlowy w Warszawie S.A., Santander Bank Polska S.A. on a new multicurrency term loan and revolving credit facility for Windstorm Trading & Investments Limited and Zakłady Farmaceutyczne Polpharma S.A. The transaction value amounted to EUR 150m and PLN 2,5bn (totalling EUR 730m, i.e., PLN 3.22 bn).
• Advised a syndicate of financial institutions, including PKO Bank Polski, EBRD, ING Bank, Crédit Agricole, Santander, Bank Pekao SA, mBank, and PZU on PLN 2.8bn (€ 650m) refinancing of Fiberhost S.A. and INEA sp. z o.o. In addition to refinancing, the funds made available under the financing will be used for further expansion of fiber optic network.

Project finance:

• Advised a consortium of Polish banks comprising BNP Paribas Bank Polska S.A. and mBank S.A. in relation to a PLN 321 million (EUR 69 million) financing for R.Power. The funds will be used for the construction of PV installations with a total capacity of 139 MWp. 
• Advised European Investment Bank on a €42 million financing granted to Maspex Group. 
• Advised BNP Paribas Bank Polska S.A. on the financing construction of 32.7 MW photovoltaic projects portfolio sponsored by R.Power S.A.
• Advised a consortium of banks comprising Powszechna Kasa Oszczędności Bank Polski S.A., Bank Polska Kasa Opieki S.A., CaixaBank S.A. (Spółka Akcyjna) Oddział w Polsce, Bank Handlowy w Warszawie S.A., Erste Group Bank AG, Industrial and Commercial Bank of China (Europe) S.A. Oddział w Polsce, Santander Bank Polska S.A. and China Construction Bank (Europe) S.A. Oddział w Polsce on PLN 4bn (more than EUR 840m) sustainability-linked financing for TAURON Polska Energia S.A.
