Hélène Bourque manages a staff of lawyer-revisors, translators and support personnel located in the Montréal office. She has over 25 years’ experience in legal revision of a wide range of documents translated from English to French and from French to English for the securities industry, including financial disclosure documents that must be filed with various securities commissions, as well as other financial and legal documents such as contracts, collective agreements and leases.

Ms. Bourque ensures the smooth completion of translation mandates by coordinating the work of the translators and lawyer-revisors with the lawyer responsible for the file, lawyers at other firms, auditors, printers and clients. She works directly with clients or with lawyers in the other practices, particularly employment and labour law, litigation and business law. Prior to joining us, she was a lawyer-revisor at another law firm in Montréal.
