Cat is an associate in the Regulations, Investigations, Securities and Compliance group in Norton Rose Fulbright's Washington, DC office.  Her practice focuses on cross-border government and internal corporate investigations, white collar criminal defense, SEC enforcement actions, and other regulatory matters.  Cat is also admitted to practice before the United States District Court for the District of Columbia.
