Norton Rose Fulbright advises Coveo on its IPO

Norton Rose Fulbright advised Coveo Solutions Inc. (Coveo) on its successful C$215-million initial public offering (IPO) of subordinate voting shares on the Toronto Stock Exchange under the symbol “CVO”. The IPO closed on November 24.
Coveo is a Quebec-based enterprise software-as-a-service (SaaS) company that offers a cloud-based platform, and provides solutions for ecommerce, service, website and workplace applications.
