Three Norton Rose Fulbright leaders named among the 2025 Lawdragon ‘100 Managing Partners You Need to Know’

Lawdragon has named Norton Rose Fulbright’s Global and US Managing Partner Jeff Cody (Dallas and Houston), Global and Canadian Chair Walied Soliman (Toronto) and US Chair and US Head of Employment and Labor Shauna Clark (Houston) in its “2025 Lawdragon 100 Managing Partners You Need to Know” guide.

This guide features influential law firm leaders from US and UK-based firms, highlighting individuals who have significantly impacted their firms and the legal profession.

Jeff serves as one of the firm’s two Global Managing Partners, its US Managing Partner, Chair of the US Management Committee, Co-Chair of the Global Management Committee and is a member of its Global Executive Committee. Jeff, who previously served as the US Chief Administrative Partner, is responsible for the firm's operations and strategy.

Walied is the Canadian chair of Norton Rose Fulbright and co-chair of the Special Situations team. He is widely regarded as one of Canada's leading lawyers in his field, having been involved in some of the most significant and complex M&A transactions and proxy battles in the country, advising buyers and sellers, boards, hostile bidders and shareholder activists.

Nationally recognized in labor and employment law, Shauna is a trusted advisor to clients in a wide variety of industries, from energy and utility entities to healthcare and consumer products providers to banking and finance. She served as Partner-in-Charge of the firm's Houston office from 2011 until 2013 and previously served as its Global and US Chair.
