Current farming methods are not sufficient to feed the world’s growing population. Investment in new agricultural innovation and technology is necessary if we are going to find a way to feed the world’s estimated nine billion people by 2050. Many Food and Agribusiness companies have already started to invest in agriculture technology in an attempt to bridge the gap between supply and demand. As with any accelerating technology sector, the market is constantly changing and adapting.
