Amcomri acquires Trinity Pictures and becomes listed on NEO Exchange

Our Vancouver, Toronto and Ottawa offices acted as counsel to Appreciated Media Holdings Inc. (the Company) in connection with its acquisition of Trinity Pictures Distribution Limited. The transaction was completed by way of a plan of arrangement whereby the Company consolidated its common shares, changed its name to "Amcomri Entertainment Inc." and the shareholders of Trinity completed a reverse takeover of the Company.

In connection with the closing of the transaction, Amcomri, a global entertainment production and distribution company, became the first media and entertainment company listed on the NEO Stock Exchange.
