Les Serres Royales acquired by Cultures Gen V

Our Montreal office represented its client in the acquisition of Les Serres Royales (Royal Greenhouses) by Cultures Gen V, a leading greenhouse production company in Quebec. This transaction now positions Culture Gen V to become one of the largest diversified greenhouse producers in Quebec by adding 9 hectares of tomatoes to its current cultivated area, totalling 36 hectares.
