Thrust Capital Partners Fund I L.P. in its acquisition of Dishon Limited

Our Montréal, Québec and Ottawa offices have represented Thrust Capital Partners Fund I L.P., a Canadian private equity firm dedicated to the aerospace industry, in their acquisition of all of the issued and outstanding shares of Dishon Limited. Dishon Limited is a leading Ontario-based manufacturer and supplier of complex machine components and assemblies for the aerospace and satellite sectors. This marks the first platform acquisition for Thrust Capital Partners Fund I L.P. We have also advised on a concurrent transaction involving financing from Fédération des caisses Desjardins du Québec and BDC Capital Inc.
